DSK targeted by a complaint from a former shareholder of his hedge fund LSK
The complaint for "fraud", "misuse of corporate assets" and "forgery" was filed on June 30 in Paris by Jean-François Ott, former CEO of the Luxembourg real estate company Orco Property Group, according to his lawyer, Mathieu Croizet.
