Paris: Georges Lautner's son has his tenants convicted for subletting on Airbnb
"This is a rare decision," Mathieu Croizet, the lawyer for Georges Lautner's son, was pleased this Tuesday. Some Parisians have already been evicted by court order for subletting their homes on Airbnb, "but there," continued the lawyer, "the court of appeal has recognized that the entirety of the illegally collected rents (the 'fruits', N DLR) must return to the owner."
